Live Young MD is a private, physician-led functional and longevity medicine practice designed for adults who want to better understand their health, address concerns early, and age with greater confidence.
I created Live Young MD for people who have felt limited by rushed or fragmented care, overwhelmed by conflicting health information, or left to connect the pieces on their own. You may have several doctors, extensive testing, wearable or biomarker data, and a growing list of recommendations, but no single physician who understands how it all fits together.
What I offer is a consistent physician relationship: someone who knows your story, looks beyond isolated symptoms and laboratory values, and helps you make thoughtful decisions about both your current health and the years ahead.
Live Young MD is designed for adults who want a more thoughtful, proactive approach to their health, and a physician who looks for the root cause instead of treating symptoms one at a time.
You may be experiencing symptoms that have not been fully explained, such as fatigue, poor sleep, digestive changes, weight gain, or shifts in mood. You may be managing several interconnected concerns, going through perimenopause or menopause, noticing the effects of changing testosterone, or wondering how your family history may affect your future.
Or you may feel well and simply want a clearer strategy for prevention and healthy aging.
No. You do not need to be unwell or have a diagnosis to benefit.
Some people come because something has changed in their energy, sleep, digestion, weight, hormones, mood, or ability to recover. Others come because they want to understand their risks, establish a meaningful baseline, and take action before a problem becomes more difficult to address.
In some ways, yes. Concierge medicine does not refer to one standard model. Practices can differ considerably in their panel size, structure, and philosophy. Some practices focus on same-day access and convenience, while others offer a menu of services on top of insurance billed care.
Live Young MD shares what I believe matters most about concierge medicine: longer appointments, real continuity, and a personal relationship with your physician. I think of it as modern concierge care, built not around round-the-clock availability but around knowing you well.
That starts with who you see. Every medical visit is with me. You won't be passed between rotating providers or have to retell your story each time. And when you send a message, I'm the one who reads it and responds. I keep the practice intentionally small so this is possible. Rather than a large team offering 24/7 coverage or an urgent care, you have a physician who stays personally involved and responds within clearly defined time frames. Over time, that consistency is what lets me notice what's changing, connect it to what came before, and help you act early.
The difference is continuity: having one physician who understands your health over time and helps you connect information that might otherwise remain fragmented. As I get to know you, I maintain a unified view of your health, your history, laboratory results, medications, screenings, specialist recommendations, biomarker data, and the programs or treatments you may be exploring. Instead of you having to make sense of everything on your own, I help you understand how the pieces fit together and what deserves your attention.
Along with developing your personalized, proactive health plan, I can help you navigate important decisions within traditional medicine, from preventive screenings and specialist care to understanding what happened during a hospitalization and what should come next.
It is functional and longevity medicine grounded in a lasting physician relationship, with someone who knows your story and helps you see the whole picture.
No. Live Young MD does not begin with a predetermined package of laboratory tests, supplements, hormones, or treatments.
Every patient begins with a comprehensive assessment because recommendations should follow understanding. Advanced testing and newer therapies may be considered when they are medically appropriate, supported by reasonable evidence and safety data, and likely to meaningfully influence your care. I'm open-minded about innovation and disciplined about evidence. The goal is to recommend what is useful for you, not simply what is new or available.
Live Young MD works alongside the care you already have. You keep your primary-care physician and your health insurance for urgent and emergency care, hospital services, specialist care and established preventive services such as mammograms, colonoscopies, Pap smears, and vaccinations. Your insurance may also cover eligible services outside the practice, including medications, laboratory testing, imaging and procedures, subject to the terms of your plan.
Live Young MD itself is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance.
Traditional medical care provides essential screenings, specialist expertise, and treatment. What its structure does not always allow is enough time to bring several concerns together, examine how risk is developing, and create a personalized strategy for the years ahead.
Live Young MD adds that deeper layer. Depending on your history, goals, and current health, I may look more closely at metabolic and cardiovascular risk, hormones, cognition, body composition, strength, and physical resilience. When appropriate, this may include advanced cardiovascular and metabolic testing, comprehensive hormone and digestive evaluation, body composition and functional assessments, or referral for advanced imaging.
Many tests can now be ordered online. The greater value is having a physician who knows you, determines which information is genuinely useful, and helps you understand what it means in the context of your health. And I stay involved in the care you receive elsewhere. When a specialist makes recommendations, a result needs follow-up, or you've been through a hospitalization, I help you understand what happened and what should come next.
Live Young MD will offer in-person appointments in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, along with secure virtual appointments when clinically appropriate. The exact office location and appointment availability will be announced as the practice approaches opening.
Live Young MD is preparing for a limited initial opening. The first step is to join the interest list for practice updates and early access to appointment information.
As the practice begins accepting patients, those on the interest list will be invited to schedule a Discovery Call. This brief conversation is an opportunity to learn more about Live Young MD, discuss what you are looking for, ask questions about the practice, and determine whether the approach may be a good fit.
The Discovery Call is not a medical consultation, and no medical advice is provided. If the practice appears to align with your needs, the next step will be an invitation to schedule a Foundational Assessment as appointments become available.
Live long, Live well, Live purposely.
